7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
No Exchange Policy
To maintain efficiency and ensure you get the items you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on thegaaba.in.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or make-up stains will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit.
Important: To process a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we require strong proof.
To report a damaged item, you must:
Provide a clear unboxing video starting from the moment you open the sealed courier bag.
High-resolution photos of the specific damage or defect.
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via our support email.
Failure to provide a continuous unboxing video may result in the rejection of your return claim.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at [Your Email Address] or visit our support portal with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Review: Once we receive your request and the necessary proof (if damaged), our team will review it within 48 hours.
Shipping: If approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the package back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The amount will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
