At THE GAABA, we maintain a very strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure the integrity of our products and brand.
Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was shipped. We do not offer returns for “change of mind” or sizing issues, as detailed size charts are provided for every product.
Proof of Damage (Mandatory): To be eligible for a return or refund, the customer must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the courier package is sealed until the defect is clearly shown.
Timeframe: Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the proof provided.
Delivery times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
